Size, Dimensions of Bird Stands

- Gaging the size of the item solely by looking at the photos is not recommended
- Prior to purchase, measure your pet and compare with the dimensions in the listing
- Pet breeds listed on the ads are a suggestion and do not guarantee that your type of pet will fit perfectly into or onto the product shown

Branch/Perch Length
The branches on all parrot stands are permanently attached; the jute twine is for aesthetic purposes only. The length of each perch will be from 10" - 12"
Production Time
- I do not have existing inventory; parrot stands are made after purchase.

- Production time is different from the shipping speed of the carrier
- Each product is a custom order; the production time is determined by how many orders are ahead of yours. I try to be fair to everyone by building and shipping in the order in which it was received

Safe Materials
- To ensure all materials are safe for your pet, please review materials used to build the product prior to purchase and contact your Avian Vet
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation
- Due to the nature of pet products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. Used pet products cannot and will not be resold
- Once an order is placed, I use those funds to purchase the materials needed to build your item
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund requests will be granted up to 24-hours after purchase

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect and use information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or use my services.
I personally do not share or sale your information to any third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including a banking institution, PayPal, etc.
Required information: To fulfill your order, you must provide certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.
After purchasing an item, you may receive an occasional email advertising a sale or promotion about particular items in which you've shown interest. You may opt-out of the email notifications at any time. I occasionally send gifts to acknowledge customers (via direct-mail or email) on special occasions such as a birthday or holiday.
