- Custom, hand-made frame; made of chemical-free, organic birch wood. Three sides enclosed with red burlap; additional color options available at check out.
- The top bed is a canopy style; all sides are open with the back (headboard) made of burlap.
- Beds are permanently adjoined as a two-story structure. No assembly required.
- Photos are a replica and not the actual bed to show the style and quality
- There will be slight variations in wood texture and color. Birchwood can range in color from white, light, medium brown, or dark brown.
- Base inside of both beds covered in a sleek, nonporous, easy-clean covering
- Bedding includes Two (2) large pillows, One (1) small blanket, four (4) throw pillows. Pillows will vary in color and pattern.
- It is not recommended to judge the size of this item by solely looking at the photos, please measure your pet to ensure the bed will be a good fit. Please message me to request a custom order for a larger size bed.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation
- Due to the nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on pet furniture and toys. Used pet products cannot and will not be resold
- Once an order is placed, I use those funds to purchase the materials needed to build your item
- Products are not made until they’ve been purchased, or a deposit is accepted; subsequently, cancellation and refund requests will be granted only up to 24-hours after purchase
