Rustic design, made of safe materials, natural, untreated Birch wood. Birch is considered a safe hardwood for pets primarily because this type of wood won’t splinter easily like softer woods.

Production Time
- Production time is different from the shipping speed of the carrier
- Each product is a custom order; the production time is determined by how many orders are ahead of yours. I try to be fair to everyone by building and shipping in the order in which it was received

Safe Materials
- Please review materials used to build the product, to ensure all materials are safe for your type of pet
- Most hardware is made of stainless steel, some toy hooks may be zinc plated. Please ensure all materials are safe for your pet prior to purchase. You may also request specific materials as a custom order
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation
- Due to the nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on pet furniture and toys. Used pet products cannot and will not be resold
- Once an order is placed, I use those funds to purchase the materials needed to build your item
- Products are not made until they’ve been purchased, or a deposit is accepted; subsequently, cancellation and refund requests will be granted only up to 24-hours after purchase
